Stages of the Painting Process
Step 1: Quoting
- Clearly outline what you would like painted.
- Have a timeframe in mind for when you’d like the project to begin or be completed. · Organise plans or photos to help us accurately price the job.

- Consider a colour scheme to guide the project. We’re happy to assist if you need advice!
- Arrange a site visit if necessary.
- We will provide you with a detailed quote.
Stage 2: Booking the Job
- Once you accept the quote, we’ll discuss scheduling and book your project.
- An invoice for 5% of the total job cost will be sent, once paid Kasunic paint will schedule your project, with email confirmation of the agreed starting date
- Ensure your colour selections are finalized at this stage.
- If you’re considering any additional work, please inform us during this phase.
Stage3: Starting the Transformation
- Notify us of any colour changes at least two days before the scheduled start date, as paint may already be ordered.
- Prepare the space the day before to ensure we can work efficiently.
- On the morning of the start date, we will conduct a quick walkthrough to finalize the plan of action.
- At the end of the day, we will invoice you 25% of the full amount of the quote value.
Stage 4: Your Project Completion
- Before wrapping up, we’ll conduct a walkthrough with you to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
- We’ll tidy up, remove dust and debris, and leave your space looking pristine.
- You’ll then receive your invoice for the completed project.
